ran my cap test already. with void ill cap out in 1 minute and 40secs. with fed antimatter close to 2 min. thats with all modules costantly running including the mwd. so yea cap rigs would have been a wasted slot. IM YOUR KING'S KING.

yea on paper gallente ships out damage caldari ships with rails. Thats on paper and not even a realistic view of the situation. without using rigs come up with a sniper setup with the ships u guys mentioned thats better than the caldari rail ship....
